DreamHolidaysUK arranges travel services such as flights, accommodation and packages on your behalf. The travel services themselves are provided by airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and their own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.
2. Quotes and prices
Quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to availability. Prices can change until your booking is confirmed and payment is received. We may correct genuine pricing errors.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once we issue written confirmation after receiving your deposit or full payment. The balance must be paid by the date we tell you. If payment is not received on time, we may cancel your booking and cancellation charges may apply.
4. Changes and cancellations by you
Please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Suppliers may charge change or cancellation fees, some fares and rooms are non-refundable, and an administration fee may apply. Any refund depends on what the supplier returns to us.
5. Changes by suppliers
Airlines and hotels sometimes change schedules, services or facilities. We will tell you as soon as we can and help you with the options the supplier offers, in line with your legal rights.
6. Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas and health documents. Names on bookings must match passports exactly. We cannot accept responsibility if you are refused travel because your documents are incomplete or invalid.
7. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers take out appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking.
8. Our responsibility
We take reasonable care when arranging your booking. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform where it is caused by unusual and unavoidable events such as severe weather, natural disaster, war, terrorism, strikes, airspace closures or government restrictions.
10. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell the supplier at the time so it can be put right, and contact us in writing as soon as possible after your trip. We will look into it and reply promptly.
11. Your personal data
We use the details you give us to arrange your booking and respond to your enquiries, and we share them with suppliers only as needed to make your booking. We never sell your data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Financial protection information, where applicable to your booking, will be provided with your booking confirmation.
