What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number or email address and the details of the trip you want. When you book, we also need the details suppliers require to make your booking, such as the names of travellers as shown on their passports, and we keep records of your quotes, invoices and payments.
How we use your details
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange and manage your booking and keep the records we are required to keep.
Who we share them with
We share your details with airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and with visa authorities where we help with an application, only as needed to make your booking. We never sell your data.
Sending an enquiry from our website
Our website forms prepare a message in WhatsApp or your email app, or let you copy it, and you send it yourself. When you choose how to send it, a copy of the enquiry (your name, any phone number or email you give, and your trip details) is also saved securely in our booking system, so we can reply and keep track of it. WhatsApp and email providers handle your message under their own privacy policies.
Language and currency
If you choose another language, the page is translated by Google Translate, which processes the page under Google's privacy policy. If you choose another currency, the website loads daily exchange rates from our booking system; no personal details are sent.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies at the time of writing. If that changes, we will update this notice.
How long we keep your details
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for a copy in a portable format.
